On November 7, 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce made an affirmative final ruling on the case. On December 7, 2018, the US International Trade Commission made an affirmative final ruling on industrial damage in the case. On February 6, 2019, the United States officially imposed countervailing duties on Chinese aluminum alloy sheets. On February 8, 2019, the United States officially imposed anti-dumping duties on Chinese aluminum alloy sheets. The products involved were those with a thickness greater than 0.2 mm and less than or equal to 6.3 mm.
