De acordo com aviso da Administração de Comércio Internacional dos EUA (EUA) em setembro 15, 2022, o Departamento de Comércio dos EUA (USDOC) preliminarily determined that certain stainless steel sheet and strip originating in China has been further processed in Vietnam and then sold to the US to circumvent the anti-dumping (DE ANÚNCIOS) and countervailing duties (CVD) on these products from China.
Assim sendo, the USDOC will direct the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation and to require a cash deposit of estimated duties on unliquidated entries of stainless steel sheet and strip produced in Vietnam from China’s stainless steel flat-rolled inputs imported on or after May 15, 2020
