Description
5754 aluminum alloy sheet with moderate strength , good corrosion resistance , weldability and ease of processing forming characteristics such as Al-Mg alloy typical alloys. At abroad, 5754 heat-treated aluminum plates of different states are main material used in in the automotive industry ( car door , dies , seals ) and canning industry .
Applications
5754 aluminum is widely used in welded structures , storage tanks, pressure vessels , marine structures and offshore facilities , transport tanks and for requiring excellent processing performance, excellent corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength , weldability and high static strength of the medium occasions.
Aluminum surface
1, the surface does not allow cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate .
2, allow the surface defect site where the depth does not exceed the nominal wall thickness of 8% from the size of the skin , bubbles, surface roughness and local super mechanical damage , but can not exceed the maximum depth of defects 0.5mm, the total area of the defect does not exceed the total area of the plate 5% .

Heat Treatment
1 ) homogenizing annealing : heating 440 ℃; insulation 12 ~ 14h; air cooling.2 ) rapid thermal annealing : heating 350 ~ 410 ℃; holding time 30 ~ 120min; air or water.3 ) high-temperature annealing : heating 350 ~ 420 ℃; finished thickness ≥ 6mm or <6mm, the holding time of 2 ~ 10min or 10 ~ 30min; air cooling.4 ) Annealing: 250 ~ 300 ℃ heating or 150 ~ 180 ℃; holding time is 1 ~ 2h, air cooling.
