According to notice by the US International Trade Administration (USITA) on September 15, 2022, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) preliminarily determined that certain stainless steel sheet and strip originating in China has been further processed in Vietnam and then sold to the US to circumvent the anti-dumping (IKLAN) and countervailing duties (CVD) on these products from China.
