6005 aluminum bar or aluminum rod belongs to Al-Mg series anti-rust aluminum and has good corrosion resistance, weldability and cold workability. Similar to 5182 aluminum rod, but with slightly higher magnesium content and a small amount of silicon added, so the welding performance is better. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but it still has good plasticity when semi-cold work hardening.
