Aluminum Tread plate, also written as Aluminium Chequer Plate, is a special perforated aluminum sheet with raised patterns for excellent decorative and anti-slipping performances, ideal for safety tread, architectural and engineering structures.
The chequered aluminum plate is easy to be pressure processed, extended and bent, i zavareni. Aluminum checker plates can be supplied in different forms of finished products including diamond plates, tread plates and stair treads.
1100 aluminum alloy is an aluminium-based alloy in the “commercially pure” wrought family (1000 or 1xxx series). With a minimum of 99.0% aluminijum, it is the most heavily alloyed of the 1000 serija. It is also the mechanically strongest alloy in the series, and is the only 1000-series alloy commonly used in rivets.
