Aluminum Tread plate, also written as Aluminium Chequer Plate, is a special perforated aluminum sheet with raised patterns for excellent decorative and anti-slipping performances, ideal for safety tread, architectural and engineering structures.
The chequered aluminum plate is easy to be pressure processed, extended and bent, and welded. Aluminum checker plates can be supplied in different forms of finished products including diamond plates, tread plates and stair treads.
1100 aluminum alloy is an aluminium-based alloy in the “commercially pure” wrought family (1000 or 1xxx series). With a minimum of 99.0% الألومنيوم, it is the most heavily alloyed of the 1000 سلسلة. It is also the mechanically strongest alloy in the series, and is the only 1000-series alloy commonly used in rivets.
