في أكتوبر 30, 2024, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted and then determined that the US industry wasn’t materially injured or threatened with material injury by imports of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, الهند, إندونيسيا, إيطاليا, ماليزيا, المكسيك, كوريا الجنوبية, Taiwan, تايلاند, Turkey, the UAE, and Vietnam that was determined by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) of the sales at prices lower than fair value made by the 14 countries and subsidies provided by the governments of China, إندونيسيا, المكسيك, and Turkey.
Owing to the USITC’s negative final determinations, the USDOC will not issue the orders of anti-dumping (ميلادي) والرسوم التعويضية (CVD) against aluminum extrusions profiles from the above-mentioned countries.
